Through the Giving Circle, you can make a voluntary contribution of any amount other women leaders in Vermont can use to help defray the cost of the tuition for their development.

Is it tax-deductible?
At this point, no, though I am in the process of identifying another non-profit organization that might be able to support in this way (as Marlboro College did when we collaborated).
That said, you are invited to look at this as a practice of generosity as a choice to give, even without a tax deduction. It is a stand to put money toward something that you believe in, similar to other choices such as buying fair trade coffee, donating money to a political candidate, or directly helping someone in need.
